Studio Niva, est. in 2018 is a creative venture by Arushi and Jitesh who believe in designing from the core to create a perfect spacial experience . Each concept is broken into components and each component is designed to the finest of detail. Here we be your companion to create the sanctuary that celebrates you, we be your handbook that brings you a happy home, we build where you belong. We may construct your skyscraper but we honor your roots first. The creative duo aims to provide bespoke design solutions that add value to your sense of being with attention to detail,aesthetic sensibility and timelessness. Arushi has always had an inquisitiveness for details and the quest for knowing the idea behind any innovation enthralled her to join the design field. She brings to table fresh and innovative design ideas coupled with hands on experience of working with some of the best designers during her specialization study in Milan. Spanning the domains of High End Luxury Residences and Commercial spatial designs, her thoughtful design approach, attention to detail and vibrant energy applied to all that she does is highly respected and admired amongst her peers at Studio Niva. She is well travelled, fuelled by her curiosity for exploring new ideas.
Jitesh Kohli
Principal Architect

His passion for engineering drawing in school and knack for creativity drove Jitesh to pursue Architecture professionally. With over 4 years of rigorous experience in the industry Jitesh has worked with some of the renowned architecture firms in the country and has private luxury residences, high rise housing projects and commercial projects on his resume. He enjoys working closely with the design team to produce imaginative and practical design solutions and has an expertise in design management. The Studio Niva team admires Jitesh for his unwavering ability to always remain calm and composed and to be able to see things from every angle or perspective.
